    If you enroll in Guardian Dental Insurance, then you are also eligible for the Guardian Tuition Benefits Reward Program. This tuition reward program can help employees pay for a child’s college education. Enrolled employees can earn up to $2,000 in annual tuition rewards, as well as a bonus in their 4th year. Employees can use tuition rewards for students at more than 340 institutions. They can even share their benefits with relatives.

    Tuition reimbursement is available for employees that have been working with us full-time for one year. These employees are eligible to receive a reimbursement of up to $250 per year for college tuition from an accredited institution. All the courses eligible for reimbursement must be job-related and approved in advance.

    For employees experiencing difficult times, we offer an Employee Assistance Program that provides confidential counseling services nationwide. These services are for issues including stress, grief, and substance abuse. The Employee Assistance Program is available to employees and immediate family members, for up to three free visits each.

    Among the unique services we offer here at LandrumHR is Adoption Assistance. This is designed for employees who have been with us for a year of full-time service, and who adopt a child (other than a step-child) through a state-approved agency. Employees may be reimbursed up to $500 for legal fees incurred in that adoption.

    Additional add-on benefits include supplemental benefits, entertainment and travel discounts and pet insurance. Supplemental benefits include a wide selection of voluntary benefits for full and part-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week. Some examples include long term disability, life insurance, cancer insurance and accident policies. These plans are payroll deducted while you are working with LandrumHR. They are separate from other plans, such as health, dental or vision and may be purchased individually or in combination with other plans.
