Vision is covered through EyeMed. It will cover eye exams, glasses, and contact lenses for your employees with a small co-pay through participating optometrists.
At LandrumHR, we can also offer a multiple employer 401(k) plan. If you choose to utilize this plan, various adjustments can be made to cater to your particular employees. This includes a vesting schedule, profit sharing options, eligibility requirements, and matching contributions. We can also offer a Safe Harbor plan option. LandrumHR serves as the plan trustee, sponsor, and fiduciary. If you choose to use this plan, there will be no cost to you, other than the employer contribution.
Utilizing Guardian Dental Insurance also makes you eligible for the Guardian Tuition Benefits Reward Program. It is a tuition reward program that will help your employees pay for the college education of their children. Employees that are enrolled are eligible to earn up to $2,000 in annual tuition rewards, including a bonus in their 4th year of service. Over 300 institutions are covered under the reward program and it can be shared with relatives.
Tuition reimbursement is also offered to employees that have been working with the company for at least one year at full-time status. Qualified employees can receive a reimbursement totaling $250 yearly for tuition from an accredited university, provided that the courses are job related and have been approved in advance.
If certain employees have fallen on hard times, LandrumHR can offer an Employee Assistance Program that will provide confidential counseling services nationwide. Stress, grief, and substance abuse are all covered under these services. The program covers employees and immediate family members for up to three free visits for each person.
One of the more unique services that LandrumHR can offer your employees is Adoption Assistance. If an employee has been employed for one year with full-time status, and adopts a child (not including step-children) through an agency that is state-approved, that employee is eligible to be reimbursed for up to $500 for legal fees they have incurred during the adoption process.
Supplemental benefits are also included such as pet insurance and entertainment and travel discounts. Supplemental benefits are voluntary and can be offered to employees who work at least 30 hours per week. These include life insurance, cancer insurance, long-term disability, short-term disability, critical illness and accident policies.
