If your company is enrolled in LandrumHR’s Guardian Dental Insurance program and you elect to participate, you are automatically eligible for the Guardian Tuition Benefits Reward Program. This tuition reward program helps employees pay for their child’s college tuition. Employees participating in this program can earn up to $2,000 in annual tuition rewards and a bonus when they enter their 4th year.
One of the biggest perks with this program is that employees can use these tuition rewards at over 340 different institutions and employees can also share their benefits with relatives.
Employees that have been working full-time for at least one year qualify for LandrumHR’s Tuition Reimbursement Program and can receive up to $250 per year for college tuition from an accredited institution. All courses must be related to the employee’s job and approved in advance to be eligible for reimbursement.
We also offer an Employee Assistance Program available to employees that are experiencing personal hardships. This program gives employees the opportunity to make the most of confidential counseling services that are offered nationwide and can help with issues including stress, grief, and substance abuse. Employees and immediate family members are eligible for The Employee Assistance Program for up to 3 free visits each.
One of the more specialized services we offer at LandrumHR is our Adoption Assistance service. This unique service is for employees that have been working full-time for at least one year and decide to adopt a child through a state-approved agency. Employees may be reimbursed up to $500 for legal expenses incurred throughout the adoption process. It is important to note that the adoption of step-children does not qualify for this service.
LandrumHR offers a few additional benefits that can be added to existing plans such as supplemental benefits, entertainment and travel discounts, and even pet insurance. Our supplemental benefits include several options for voluntary benefits for full-time and part-time employees that work a minimum of 30 hours a week. These benefits can include long-term disability, life insurance, cancer insurance, and accident policies.
These add-on benefits are payroll deducted and can follow the employee if they transfer jobs or leave employment. The additional options are separate from health, dental, and vision but can be purchased individually or in conjunction with other existing plans.
