What types of assignments are there?
Temporary
These assignments have a start and end date. They can range from a few hours to a few weeks or even longer depending on the client’s needs. These assignments are a great option if you're looking to make some extra cash, need a temporary job between careers, or if you're looking to "test" out a new industry!
Contract-to-Direct
These assignments provide the opportunity to be hired by the client company after going through a trial period of being employed by LandrumHR for a certain timeframe (normally 15 weeks). If the client feels like you and the position are a good fit for their organization, they can opt to hire you directly!
Direct Placement
Direct placement is when LandrumHR assists the client company with recruiting and screening for candidates to be directly placed in their organization (no trial period necessary).
