He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in HR Management from Winthrop University. A certified Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR) and Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Randy is highly experienced in employee relations and retention, staffing & recruiting, and training.
Kim Horton has nearly 20 years of Human Resources experience in corporate, financial, manufacturing, customer service and consulting environments, collectively. She currently serves as an HR Manager for LandrumHR. Her experience in the field has been acquired through focus on employee relations, training and development, team building, employment law compliance, strategic planning, high-level talent assessment and succession planning, employment law compliance, and employee compensation and benefits.

Mike Owens, a human resources manager for LandrumHR, has over 20 years of human resources experience in the corporate and healthcare environments. His wide range of experiences stem from twenty-two years of military service in the Army with various worldwide assignments. Mike's expertise in human resources has been acquired through focus on employee relations, employment law compliance, supervisor and employee education, human resources consulting, and training. He received his Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Resources and Technology Management from Troy State University in Pensacola.
