LandrumHR Announces Workforce Solutions Leadership Team

Pensacola, FL – July 9, 2019 -- LandrumHR is proud to announce the promotions of Mandy Sacco to President of Workforce Solutions, Jim Howe to Vice President of Workforce Solutions, and Chris Fountain to Director of Workforce Management Operations.
 
Workforce Solutions is a division of LandrumHR that provides three primary services: Executive Search, Staffing, and Workforce Management.  LandrumHR is allocating fresh resources to a division that has been successfully navigating this space for decades in order to provide more robust and agile client solutions.

Her longevity with the company and thirst for new growth makes her uniquely qualified to lead our next chapter. Mandy is leveraging technology such as client and applicant-side engagement solutions to fuel our growth,” said Britt Landrum, III, CEO of LandrumHR.
 
As an integral part of the Workforce Solutions executive team, Jim Howe brings 25 years of experience to LandrumHR. “For more than 49 years, LandrumHR has been the leader in the Florida Panhandle for helping people find work and supporting employers in solving their human resources challenges," says Howe. "I’m excited to lead our Workforce Solutions division, as it offers even more options for growing businesses.”
 
Mandy Sacco adds, “Jim and Chris bring decades of combined experience in staffing and workforce management, and they have the skills to lead this division as it continues to grow.”
 
The company launched Workforce Management to serve companies who need 50 or more full-time contingent employees in task-repetitive industries such as manufacturing, assembly, distribution, and call centers. Fountain will oversee Workforce Management by providing clients with an on-site team of professionals dedicated to handling all human resources and management tasks, as well as an employee engagement plan, safety program, and KPIs to create a continuous improvement roadmap.
