We provide qualified, short-term talent on demand with the flexibility to add or remove resources as your business environment fluctuates. In short, temporary staffing means the assignment has a start and an end date - whether it’s a day, a week, or several months.
- Temp-to-Hire Staffing
Temp-to-hire staffing is a tactic you can use to determine the overall fit and need of the employee. The candidate you choose will be on LandrumHR’s payroll for a 15-week period, and at the end of the 15 weeks, you'll have the option to hire them if you decide they're a great fit culturally and professionally.
- Professional Hiring and Recruiting
When a leadership or high-level employee is needed, or specific education, experience or skill set is required, our Professional Hiring and Recruiting services are ideal. This option allows you to hire employees directly on with your company. Our hiring experts will identify the best candidates for you to interview and hire without the 15-week period on LandrumHR’s payroll.
- Vendor On-Site
Vendor On-Site is the solution for your long-term, high-volume, contingent staffing needs. We can provide a team of HR staff on-site at your location to provide support for the contingent workforce who will work in coordination with your hiring manager(s) and leadership team.
- Customized Recruiting Packages
For jobs we cannot fill due to insurance limitations, such as CDL drivers, heavy equipment operators, and maritime and construction employees, we can still help! We offer packages designed to find and attract specific skills or experience in the labor market and guide you in the recruiting process. Our packages include a variety of recruitment and pre-employment screening options.
