LandrumHR is a leading HR service provider helping employers solve human capital challenges in areas such as staffing, payroll, benefits, risk management, search and consulting on talent strategy, organizational design, HR transformation and workforce planning and analytics. We are seeking a Recruiter I to join our growing Workforce Solutions team.  The Recruiter I is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and selecting applicants to fill temporary, temp to hire and direct hire positions in administrative, professional and industrial environments for client companies.  Manages worksite employees as client contact requests regarding hiring, terminating, coaching and counseling.  Assumes additional staffing duties in the absence of the other Recruiter I.  Check out the below description and see if it is a fit for you!

You Enjoy:

*Discussing personnel needs with client companies in order to assist in preparing and implementing necessary recruiting tools.
*Accepting job orders from client companies, gathering pertinent data including start date and time, length of assignment, skills required, specific software knowledge required, essential functions of job, report to supervisor and work hours.
*With guidance, managing client accounts to build rapport with clients in order to expand services and retain business.
*With guidance, presenting market trends for jobs to clients in order to educate on the local labor market.
*With guidance, determines appropriate pay rates for jobs and calculates bill rates for customers.
*Selecting applicants to fill job assignments based on required skills, experience, training, acceptable pay, availability, skills tests results and work ethic.
*Interviewing applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, salary requirements, and work availability as needed.
*Providing all pertinent information to job applicants regarding Staffing assignment, including company facilities, pay rate, job duties, name of supervisor, and hours of work.
*With guidance, coaching and counseling assigned employees as required. 
*With guidance, sets up new client billing. 
*Following appropriate electronic workflows to maintain contact with employees and clients.
*Participating in off-site job fairs and may include processing new applicants.
*With guidance, assisting in providing a wide range of information on LandrumHR's services to new, existing and potential client customers.  This may be done verbally or in written form.  

You Are:

You Have:

*Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred and one to two years of experience to include staffing, recruiting, search or other related field.
*Certified Staffing Professional certification preferred.  

Compensation and Schedule:

*Monday – Friday
*$30K-40K total compensation
