Kara Bloomberg joined the Landrum leadership team in 2018 as the Vice President of Operations and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in January 2019. Kara is responsible for Landrum’s growth and operations across the business. Her role includes strategic planning and growth (both organic and by acquisition), measuring progress, and improving processes to ensure a great customer experience. Kara comes from a strong background in relationship building, strategic planning, business development, benefits administration, account management, HR consulting, and human resources information systems (HRIS). As the daughter of a retired teacher and as a mother herself, Kara volunteers her time with organizations and efforts to support and improve education.
