• About the Position

    As a Business Consultant for LandrumHR, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, presenting and selling Human Resources Outsourcing and Consulting services to businesses in the Mobile, AL area. Business Consultants manage all leads from the initial contact to the close of the sale, and also provide continuing service to clients to ensure satisfaction and support their operations as appropriate.
     
    The ideal candidate will possess experience in consultative and business-to-business sales, with a proven track record of selling to business clients at the C-level.  Experience in PEO, HRO, BPO, Banking, Technology or Executive Insurance Sales is strongly preferred.  A college degree is preferred, but an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

    This position pays a strong base salary, solid recurring commissions and has an industry-leading benefits package.
