Presented in partnership with Indeed, ClearlyRated's Best of HR Services® Award winners have proven to be industry leaders in service quality based entirely on ratings provided by their clients. The key statistic produced by the survey is Net Promoter®️ Score, which evaluates the level of support in areas such as benefits, payroll, risk management, technology and more. 2023 Best of HR Services winners have a Net Promoter®️ Score twice as high as the industry average.
- LandrumHR received a Net Promoter® Score of 85%, more than twice the 2022 industry average of 37% and well above the 74% average of the Best of HR Services Award winners.
- LandrumHR earned satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 88% of their clients, significantly higher than the industry’s average of 49%.
- LandrumHR received an overall rating of 9.4 out of 10, again exceeding the industry average of 8.2.
