About the job
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying LandrumHR services to businesses and non-profit organizations, and setting appointments for the outside Business Consultants to meet with the new prospects. Some outside travel to trade shows or corporate HQ may be required.
The ideal candidate will have experience identifying decision makers, collaborating with teammates, making successful outbound email and phone calls, meeting and exceeding established goals, tracking daily activity, participating in sales meetings and training sessions, preparing reports, conducting effective demonstrations, and capturing accurate and complete information in a CRM.
