    Amie Remington is General Counsel for LandrumHR. Amie advises the LandrumHR companies on all business and employment-related legal issues.  She is also a regular speaker at national and state-wide events, discussing all aspects of employment law that affect all employers, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the National Labor Relations Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the state counterparts to these laws.

    Daniel E. Harrell

    Daniel Harrell is a shareholder in the General Litigation department of Clark Partington. His practice focuses primarily on labor and employment litigation and counseling, non-compete and restrictive covenant litigation, and general civil litigation.

    Daniel’s labor and employment experience includes: Title VII actions involving race, gender and national origin discrimination, as well as sexual harassment, hostile work environment, constructive discharge and retaliation claims; claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act; Fair Labor Standards Act single-plaintiff and collective actions; ERISA actions alleging breaches of fiduciary duties; and union negotiations, disputes and arbitrations.

    David McCullough
    David McCullough serves as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer.  Prior to joining LandrumHR in 2017, David spent twenty five years in the technology, PEO and staffing industries with roles in sales, operations, client relations and executive management.

    Becki Haines, PHR, SHRM-CP
    Becki has 20 years of Human Resources (HR) experience and holds a business degree with a concentration in HR.  She is certified as both a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and a Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP). Becki is passionate about helping organizations best manage their greatest resource – their people.   A teacher at heart, Becki focuses on helping business leaders understand the “why” behind the “what” so that they can move forward with confidence in their decisions.
