* Conversion Optimization
* Shares valuable original and repurposed content with prospects and clients
* Ensures all print and electronic communications worked on support conversion
* Utilize metrics to optimize conversion rate
* Serves as the primary point of contact for incoming social media, email, text, chat, phone, and other inquiries and comments about LandrumHR’s PEO, Staffing, and consulting servicesGraphics and Design
*Maintain working knowledge and experience in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software products
* Creates, assembles, & edits proposals, videos, and slide shows for presentations
* Manages scheduling, gathering of content, and editing for LandrumHR Blog
* Updates human resources seminar presentations
* Assists with design and production of mailers, brochures, flyers, and other electronic collateral
* Provides marketing tracking and research information by utilizing tracking codes and campaign information
* Prepares presentations for community events and meetings (Rotary, Gopher Club, Etc.)Social Media
* Facilitates brand promotion and product promotion on all company social media channels(LPES and LSS – Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Etc.)
* Brainstorms ideas with Marketing and Sales Departments – creating new ideas and campaigns
* Coordinates event/product social media campaigns and initiatives with all divisions and departments to fit in to the overall marketing and promotional goals of the organization
* Researches and gathers industry-related content to share with staff and post on social sites
* Report and promptly respond to any negative comments, sensitive issues or angry followers
* Coaches Landrum HR staff with personal social media profiles for business success and assists in leading social media trainings as Staff Development
* Stays current with social and digital media trendsWebsite & Content
* Procure, schedule, and post content from internal authors on the news section of the website focusing on lead generation
* Add and edit content on the company website, utilizing SEO best practices• Learn and utilize the survey functionality inside Kentico to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback from prospects, clients, and employees
* Showcase brand identity on social media platforms through effective copywriting and editingYou Are
*An effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
*A Strong content writing and editing aptitudes
*Good with organization, reporting and data entry
*Proficient in Microsoft Office
*Experienced with Adobe Suite preferred
*Experienced in Google Analytics/SEO preferred
*Experienced with the Internet and social technology
*Experienced in managing social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)

You Have:

A Bachelor’s Degree in public relations, communications, marketing, advertising, or related field OR 3 years of equivalent experience. (Required) The ability to read, comprehend and compose letters and must have strong editing skills. The ability to operate computer spreadsheet (MS Excel) programs efficiently. Possess ability to compute all aspects of mathematical documents. Must be proficient in use of MS Word, MS Outlook, MS CRM, Adobe Acrobat and PowerPoint programsThe ability to interface with all levels of personnel. Must possess ability to deal with clients prospective clients and personnel with proficient problem solving technique and in sometimes-stressful situations. A valid driver’s license. This position requires a criminal background screening. The ability to stand, sit, walk, type, talk and hear. The employee must be able to spend extended periods at a computer terminal. Compensation and Schedule:

This position is currently a full-time position scheduled for 40 hours per week, Monday -Friday, 8 a. m. to 5 p. m., with one hour for lunch; however, additional or different hours mayoccur on an as-needed basis.
