*Making person to person contact for new sales and prospects.
*Calling prospective clients regarding the company’s products.
*Calling current customers to present new solutions and ideas.
*Meeting sales and margin goals – month to date and year to date.
*Selling all product lines: Direct Mail, Print, Promotional, Office Supplies and Apparel.
*Attending educational conferences and webinars to increase product knowledge.
*Supporting the company’s culture, community service and outreach.
*Embracing the team culture by working with Customer Service Representatives to service accounts.
*Analytical with strong presentation skills.
*Self-motivated and able to work independently and with a team.
*Detail oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
*A 4 year degree and 2 years of outside sales experience preferred. Willing to consider experience in lieu of degree.
*Print or promotional product sales experience preferred.
*Working knowledge with Word, Excel and Outlook.
*Working knowledge of accounting and E-Commerce software preferred. (Training is provided)
*The ability and willingness to travel to cover the geographic territory.
*The ability to interact with Executive Levels within an organization.
*Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation and Schedule:
*This position is full-time and pays $45, 000-$60, 000/year. This is a training salary and will be determined and based on experience. After 6 months of training, the candidate has the option to work for 100% commission.
*Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a. m. to 5:00 p. m.

Assignment Type:This assignment is considered Contract-to-Direct, meaning you will remain on Landrum’s payroll for at least 15 weeks. Once the 15 weeks is over, your employer can elect to bring you onto their payroll or extend the assignment out longer through Landrum.
