Company Details:LandrumHR is a values based company seeking a full-time Sales Manager to join their team. The open need is a territory sales position for 6-8 local counties.
Job Responsibilities:Coordinates and performs sales activities relating to market development for LandrumHR. This employee is expected to spend the majority of his/her time away from the office, performing sales duties and making in-person sales calls and follow up calls to clients and prospects as well as participate in community events.
*Providing a wide range of information on LandrumHR services to new, existing and potential client customers. This position will cover Navarre, Fort Walton Beach, Destin, Crestview, and surrounding areas.
*Identifying and targeting potential business. Continuing to form prospect targets and plan for obtaining new business.
*Providing new customer orientation by delivering and explaining New Customer Account information. Also, determines the frequency for future marketing services to new client and inputs such information into the "notification" system.
*Initiating job quote or job order process with clients, gathering necessary job specific information.
*Creating proposals specific to client needs and expectations.
*Representing your company-wide and on community-wide events, serving in various speaking capacities and leadership roles.
*Managing in-person, cold call appointments and networking events daily.
*Utilizing proprietary computer system's to input new and potential client companies, and record and track all sales and marketing activity daily.
*Aware of others' reactions and an active listener
*An excellent speaker, able to convey information effectively
*Actively looking to help people and solve problems
*Able to adapt to current community and market strategies
*Able to write accurate information through writing with excellent spelling and grammar
*Able to encourage customers through creative thinking
*Able to quickly identify potential customers
*Over 5 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 3 years of solution selling
*1 year of staffing industry, hiring, and/or recruiting experience (preferred)
*Business to Business sales experience
*A valid driver's license and good driving record. Compensation and Salary:
*Base Salary with commission
