*Working with people with disabilities
*Leading and developing activities for people with disabilities
*Educating the community about various services for people with disabilities
*Meeting with clients to establish goals and objectives for people with disabilities
*A self-starter and able to work independently
*Reliable and able to meet deadlines
*Able to multi-task, and oversee and develop multiple projects
*An effective communicator and can conduct presentations for large groups of people
*An Independent decision maker and can make considerable judgement
*A Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
*5 years’ experience in the "Independent Living" Field
*A Master Degree in related field (Desired)
*Knowledge with Florida Laws and Americans with Disabilities Act
*Reliable transportation to travel to Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, and Walton Counties
Compensation and Schedule:
*This position is Full-Time and pay will depend on experience.
*Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a. m. to 4:00 p. m.
