A human resources company in Pensacola is in need of a full-time Benefits Department Manager to join their team. This company is a premier provider of comprehensive human resources solutions for small to medium-sized businesses and non-profit organizations. You Enjoy:


*Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements regarding new legislation.
*Calculating and explaining insurance deductions and billing to employees and clients.
*Coordinating and preparing benchmarking data for existing benefits programs with those of other employers by analyzing other plans and surveys.
*Overseeing COBRA administration processes.
*Overseeing 401(k) plan processes. Auditing of the plan.

You Are:

You Have:

Bachelors Degree and at least seven years experience working directly with traditional employer benefit plans.

Compensation and Schedule:


*This position is full-time and pay is depending on experience.
* Hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a. m. to 5 p. m.
