We are seeking an HR Business Partner II in the Central Florida area to join our Relationship Management team whoacts as a strategic partner by helping align client business objectives with sound human resources practices. This position serves as a consultant to numerous clients and worksite employees on human resource-related issues. The HRBP assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, communicates client needs with internal departments and seeks to develop integrated solutions. This position also formulates partnerships to deliver value added service to clients and employees that reflect the business objectives of the client. This employee exercises a great deal of independent judgment and management discretion in the everyday performance of duties.
*Serving as a liaison between internal departments and clients for critical HR functions.
*Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements both by working with the client and LandrumHR internal departments.
*Being well-versed in LandrumHR service lines and provide information to clients as needed.
*Ensuring correct products and services are delivered to clients in a timely manner.
*Assisting with client related projects as needed.
*Resolving issues, needs, or problems for clients. Coordinating follow up action items as needed. Ensuring client requests are handled in a timely manner to the client's satisfaction.
*Serving as back-up to other HRBPs that is out of the office as needed.
*Assisting with preparing, processing, verifying, and maintaining documentation and various reports as requested.
*Ensuring client and employee notes are accurately documented in CRM system at time of occurrence.
*Serving as primary company spokesperson to an assigned caseload of moderately complex PEO clients; maintains responsibility for ensuring expert human resources services are delivered and is actively engaged in addressing and resolving client customer service issues by engaging other departments as needed.
*Assigning as the HR contact for hrQ On-Call clients.
*Assisting with business development on PEO prospect calls as needed.
*Conducting client salary surveys as needed.
*Conducting client specific training on HR matters.
*Handling EEOC responses with guidance and strong management.
*Establishing and maintaining strategic contact with client management/owners geared toward client’s desired method and frequency of communication.
*Analyzing trends and metrics in partnership with clients to develop solutions, programs and policies.
*Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues in accordance with applicable state and federal employment laws.
*Conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations including preparation of documentation and reports, making recommendations, and assisting client with implementation.
*Maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partnering with legal counsel as needed/required.
*Working with client management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
*Facilitating client relationship reviews in coordination with the Senior Relationship Consultant.
*Serving as the “partner on duty” on rotational basis for all clients.
*Providing guidance and input on client restructures, reductions in force, workforce planning, career development and succession planning.
*Identifing training needs for clients and individual executive coaching needs and participates in development of training strategies for client needs.
*Working with compensation subject matter expert to analyze and modify compensation policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
*Facilitating the PEO client’s open enrollment process in coordination with the benefits department.
*Participating in client wage and hour audits in accordance with all state and federal laws.
*Providing guidance and/or completes HR Partner duties as needed.
*Completing department projects as assigned.
*Ensuring client and employee notes are accurately documented in CRM at time of occurrence.
*Other duties as assigned.

*Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university desired; 3 to 5 years; at least one year of employee relations experience required.
*Certified as Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM-CP or ability to obtain preferred. Maintain membership in professional organization.
Compensation and Schedule:
*$40, 000-$59, 000 plus bonus
*Monday - Friday
