You Are:


*Able to follow meticulous work instructions.
*Able to lift up to 50lbs.
*Detail-oriented and intuitive to what needs to be done.

You Have:


*A high school diploma or equivalent with three years cable assembly experience.
*A sense of urgency in meeting production demands.
*Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:


*Perform a wide range of skilled, repetitive, and non-repetitive assembly operations in support of developmental projects and production support.
*Must be able to read and interpret cable assembly drawings and cable wiring cut sheets to build various cables using mil circular, DB subminiature, basic power, mil spec power and modular connectors
*Ability to crimp components using both manual and automated tooling.
*Use of a soldering iron is mandatory and must have soldering skills meeting Industry IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 requirements.
*Will use various manual and battery powered hand tools daily, often using repetitive actions.
*Label assemblies in accordance with drawing specifications.
*Inventory, track and requisition required materials.
*Assist supervisors and engineering with process development and improvement
*Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Compensation and Schedule:

This position is full-time and pays $15. 00 per hour. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.

Assignment Type:

This assignment is considered Contract-to-Direct, meaning you will remain on Landrum’s payroll for at least 15 weeks. Once the 15 weeks is over, your employer can elect to bring you onto their payroll or extend the assignment out longer through Landrum.
