A human resources company in Pensacola is in need of a full-time Drug Free Workplace Coordinator. You Enjoy:

*Utilizing electronic document imaging system.
*Communicating with HR Managers/Clients on those employees who have not scheduled drug screens within one week of hire/ completion of all new hire paperwork.
*Scheduling drug screens for PEO candidates and new hires and update DFWP calendar accordingly.
*Answering questions from employees or clients regarding employee documents related to drug screening.
*Assisting internal staff when questions arise regarding a new hire’s drug screen appointment.
*Providing back-up to Background Specialists in their absence.
*Performing national, state and county criminal background checks, motor vehicle reports, credit checks, etc., utilizing various internet based web sites and online background check service.
*Maintaining appropriate records and logs.
*Compiling periodic background check reports for Department Director.
*Preparing appropriate background correspondence to applicants as required by certain jurisdictions.

You Are:

*Customer Service driven when interacting with both internal and external customers.
*Mindful of the importance of confidentiality with processes
*Extremely accurate and detail oriented
*Professional in both written and oral communication

You Have:

*Excellent computer skills, with a working knowledge of all Microsoft Office software applications.
*One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation and Schedule:

*This position is full-time and the pay is commensurate with experience.
*Hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm with one hour off for lunch. Overtime work may be required from time to time.

Assignment Type:

This assignment is considered “Contract-to-Direct,” meaning you will remain on Landrum’s payroll for at least 15 weeks. Once the 15 weeks is over, your employer can elect to bring you onto their payroll or extend the assignment out longer through Landrum.
