A local human resources company has an opening for a corporate staffing recruiter to join its growing business. The Corporate Staffing Recruiter will work as part of the recruitment team and be responsible for the recruiting process to include recruiting, screening, interviewing, qualifying and presenting candidates in a variety of positions and industries.
*Working independently and managing time accordingly to meet the needs of clients
*Discussing personnel needs with the Corporate HR Director for internal job openings to include job responsibilities, skills, hours and pay.
*Gathering data and search results and executing on sourcing for talent
*Utilizing creative means, advanced online search technology, and established best practices to research, source, attract, and contact potential candidates to develop a diverse slate of qualified candidates
*Building and maintain a pipeline of talent to fuel the hiring needs of the organization
*Confidently communicating and conducting interviews with candidates via phone, video and face-to-face, with candidates from all over the country and at all levels
*Communicating with clients via phone, email and face-to-face regarding their specific needs and also provide feedback regarding candidates
*Reviewing and proofreading resumes
*Working with internal tracking system to track and organize candidates and resumes
*Well-spoken with a polite and courteous disposition
*A degree from a two-year or four-year college or university with 2+ years in a sourcing or direct placement role; or three (3) years recruiting, sourcing or talent acquisition experience
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
* Familiar with sourcing Chrome extensions a plus
Compensation and Schedule:
*Salary commensurate with experience.
*Usual work hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 a. m. to 5:00 p. m. with one hour off for lunch. However, due to the sometimes unpredictable demands and requirements of this job, actual work hours may fluctuate from week to week.
