You Enjoy:


* Analysis and formulation of program design of major application systems of data processing.
* Confers with Deputies to formulate statements of objectives, designs, solutions and develops effective programs.
* Responsible for programming from technical design phase to the operational phase.
* Assists or develop new or modifies systems to be effective, logical, well-structured and maintainable to solve identified problems.
* Assists or establishes system functional requirements; with supervisory approval.
* Assists in producing accurate development plans and projects status and completion schedules.
* Develops manuals and written documentation to communicate system procedures.
* Analyzes, designs, codes, tests, debugs, maintains, documents, and implements programs and system.
* Reviews and submits recommendations for improvements to systems; and has the ability to implement.
* Provides written and oral review reports of activities to Supervisor, Deputies and/or Property Appraiser.
* Possesses current knowledge of standard language coding methods and operations requirements.
* Performs related duties as required.
* Knowledge of:Client/Server SystemsSQLReporting software (Crystal Report or Report Viewer)NET frameworkC# or JavaScriptWindows applicationsHardware and networking knowledge a plus. 

You Have:


* Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. 
* Three (3) years’ experience as a software engineer/developer/programmer. 
* Experience with Windows Server 2008 (or higher), Microsoft Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server, ASP. NET 4. o (or higher), Microsoft SQL Server 2008R2 (or higher), Data processing in an iSeries/AS400.  
* Preference will be given to candidates with language experience in C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, ASP. NET. OR, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.

Compensation and Schedule:


* This position is full-time andpay starts at $21. 64 per hour
* Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

Assignment Type:


*This assignment is considered Contract-to-Direct, meaning you will remain on Landrum’s payroll for at least 600 hours. Once the 600 hours is over, your employer can elect to bring you onto their payroll or extend the assignment out longer through Landrum.
