A Government Services firm in Pensacola is in need of a full-time Account Manager to join their team. Their primary mission is to provide exclusive medical and surgical resources to the U. S. Department of Defense and Veterans Affairs Medical Organizations. This company works with medical product developers to certify, test and market the latest in lifesaving technologies to the Federal Government. You Enjoy:

*Responding to customer and vendor inquiries via telephone and written/electronic correspondence in a timely and appropriate manner.
*Documenting all activities for quality and metrics reporting through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application.
*Processing written customer correspondence and providing the appropriate level of timely follow-up.
*Maintaining performance and quality standards based on established call center metrics including turn-around times.
*Researching and identifying any processing inaccuracies in claim payments and routing to the appropriate site operations team for claim adjustment.
*Identifying any trends related to incoming or outgoing calls that may provide policy or process improvements to support excellent customer service, quality improvement.

You Are:

*Organized and have an eye for detail.
*Highly motivated and intuitive with what needs to be done.
*Well-spoken with a polite and courteous disposition.
*A great listener with a positive, can-do attitude.

You Have:

*High School Diploma or GED required.
*Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office & Excel.
*1+ years of call center customer service experience, or 2+ years of customer service experience.
*Strong customer service and organizational skills.
*Personal computing experience, including Microsoft Office applications.
*Excellent communication, written and verbal.
*Problem resolution, ability to present information or respond to inquiries from groups of managers, associates and customers in an efficient and professional manner.
*Military experience is a plus.
*Healthcare, government and/or logistics experience is a plus.

Compensation and Schedule:

*This position is full-time and pays $15. 00/Hour.
*Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30a. m. to 4:30p. m.
*Benefits offered after being placed on employers payroll.

Assignment Type:

This assignment is considered Contract-to-Direct, meaning you will remain on Landrum’s payroll for at least 15 weeks. Once the 15 weeks is over, your employer can elect to bring you onto their payroll or extend the assignment out longer through Landrum.
