A Construction Company in Pace is in need of a Full-Time Entry Level Accounting Clerk to join their team. Check out the description below to see if this position sounds like a great fit for you!

You Enjoy:


*Verifying accuracy of invoices and other accounting related documents or records
*Compiling data and preparing a variety of financial reports
*Reconciling records with internal company employees, management, or external vendors and customers
*Summarizing receivables by maintaining invoice accounts
*Processing accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
*Preparing bills, invoices, and bank deposits
*Maintaining historical financial records

You Are:


*Organized and have an eye for detail
*Reliable and can meet deadlines
*A self-starter and can work independently
*Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks

You Have:


*One year of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
*Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records

Compensation and Schedule:


*This position is Full-Time and pays $10-13/hr DOE].
*Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a. m. to 5:00 p. m.

Assignment Type:

This assignment is considered Contract-to-Direct, meaning you will remain on Landrum’s payroll for at least 15 weeks. Once the 15 weeks is over, your employer can elect to bring you onto their payroll or extend the assignment out longer through Landrum.
