A well known construction company located in Pensacola is in need of a full-time Accounts Payable/Payroll Representative to join their team. Check out the description below to see if this position sounds like a great fit for you!

You Enjoy:

*Assisting the office manager
*Processing the receivables for contracts
*Completing the accounts payable functions
*Job costing
*Helping with other clerical tasks as needed
*Processing payroll

You Are:

*Well-spoken with a polite and courteous disposition
*Highly motivated and intuitive with what needs to be done
*Organized with great attention to detail
*Able to process certified payroll
*Familiar with AIA documents
*A team player with a positive, can do attitude

You Have:

*QuickBooks experience
*An understanding of sales tax
*Construction experience is a plus
*Notary is also a plus

Compensation and Schedule:

*This position is full-time and pays up to $21. 25/hour
*Hours Monday and Friday 7:30am-3:30pm

Assignment Type:

*This assignment is considered “Contract-to-Direct,” meaning you will remain on Landrum’s payroll for at least 15 weeks. Once the 15 weeks is over, your employer can elect to bring you onto their payroll or extend the assignment out longer through Landrum.
