  • Military Partnerships

    We are passionate about assisting our local military community in their job search, and are fueled by the drive to find "perfect match" candidates for local employers!  To do so, we partner with the following programs:

    • Military Spouse Partnership Program

      When a military family is forced to relocate, it can be difficult for military spouses to find employment. According to the Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP), approximately 26% of military spouses face unemployment. LandrumHR is proud to be an MSEP partner and help connect military spouses with local job opportunities.

    • ​Military Appreciation App

      The Military Appreciation App is a mobile directory of local businesses that support our military members by offering discounts, specials, and/or programs for Veterans and Military personnel. The app is free to all military members and their families. This app allows LandrumHR to help those who are searching for employment resources find our jobs. 

    • ​Innovation Coast Awards 

      The insights and skills veterans gain while serving our country can make a huge impact in the business world. To recognize these heroes, LandrumHR was proud to sponsor the 2017 Innovation Coast Veteran Award. The award was a $10,000 cash prize to a veteran entrepreneur for a business plan that proved promising and that fostered job creation in Florida.

    • Fleet and Family

  • Fleet and Family Support Center

    The Fleet and Family Support Center provides military members and their families information and referral, education, and one-on-one assistance, all at no cost.

    We work closely with the FFSC by:

    • Keeping military members and their family members informed on what positions we are currently hiring for
    • Assisting with resume writing and interview preparation, and
    • Attending job fairs hosted by the FFSC. 

    We provide all of these services free of charge in order to help military services members and their family members find jobs they love.
