With the intensity of military training and experience working in a highly structured environment, veterans usually have the following transferable experience, skills and qualities: Leadership training and/or experience Collaboration Analytical thinking Consistent goal setting and evaluation habits Awareness of compliance guidelines, rules and regulations Stress management capabilities Resilience A Dedicated Resource for Employment We offer retired military, military spouses, and military family members a variety of jobs throughout Northwest Florida. Additionally, we help find local, quality jobs for former military and their family members by partnering with the following programs: Military Spouse Partnership Program – LandrumHR is proud to connect those who served our country and their spouses with local job opportunities through our partnership with the Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP). “As a military spouse, it is difficult coming to a new place and not having many connections... But I'm so thankful that I stumbled upon LandrumHR and got connected." - Greer Killman Douglas Fleet and Family Support Center – The Fleet and Family Support Center (FFSC) provides military members and their families information and referral, education, and one-on-one assistance, at no expense.
