  • Contract-to-Direct assignments mean you can be hired by the company after going through a trial period, usually 15 weeks. If the company feels like you are a good fit, they can choose to hire you directly!
  • Direct Placement is when LandrumHR assists the client company with recruiting and screening for candidates to be directly placed in their organization with no trial period.
