Jim’s expertise has been in building teams, growing revenue and profitability, while working in tandem with his clients to implement workforce management solutions.
    Chris Fountain, Director of Workforce Management Operations for LandrumHR, has been working in manufacturing facilities since 1997, including textile, chemical, petroleum, and renewable energy. Over the past 22 years, he has served in multiple leadership roles while managing work teams.

    Joni Mendyk, Sr. Director of Sales, Workforce Management for Workforce Solutions, has over 20 years of experience in client-facing corporate HR with emphasis on employee relations, safety, and high-volume recruitment in distribution, field sales, and manufacturing.
