Landrum XactTime automates our clients’ employees’ time keeping and allows clients to gain control of all time and labor management processes from punch to paycheck.  Employees record their time using one or more of the following methods:

• Submit timesheets online

Employee hours can be tracked for various labor levels (i.e. departments and/or jobs) or none (if applicable). Payroll policies with respective rules can be customized and accurately enforced for overtime, attendance, rounding, scheduling, and implementing shift differentials for wage rate variations.  Managers then approve their employees’ payroll hours and run payroll reports when finished. Managers can also run a variety of reports on employees, exceptions, hours, labor levels, and many others.  With the help of Landrum XactTime, costly mistakes associated with manual payroll calculations can be virtually eliminated, ensuring that employees are paid correctly.
