    Andy retired from Landrum HR after serving as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Treasurer since 2000. His career highlights includes serving as the Chief Financial Officer of large healthcare organizations and also several years in public accounting. His most recent experience in healthcare was at Baptist Health Care in Pensacola where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for 14 years. He is a Fellow in the Health Care Financial Management Association and has a MBA in Organizational Management. He has served as Board Member and Officer of several non profit organizations.

  • Eric Nickelsen

    Advisory Board Member

     

    Eric J. Nickelsen, a Landrum HR Advisory Board Member since 2000, has been a real estate developer in the Florida panhandle since 1998. Before his career in real estate, Nickelsen was a banker, with various responsibilities relating to operations and lending between 1966-1998. By the end of his banking career, Mr. Nickelsen led the Northwest Florida region for Barnett Bank, serving as its Chairman, President and CEO. Mr. Nickelsen was a director of Whitney holding Corporation and Whitney National Bank from 2000 to 2011, when he joined our board in connection with the merger.

    Mr. Nickelsen is very involved in various civic and charitable organizations throughout Florida, including serving as the chairman of institutions such as the Pensacola Junior College Foundation, the University of West Florida Foundation, the Pensacola Area Chamber of Commerce, Rebuild Northwest Florida, In.c and the Sacred Heart Health System.

    Mr. Nickelsen is also active with the University of Florida, having served as the past National President of the Gator Boosters, Inc.

    Mr. Nickelsen's significant experience in the banking and real estate industries, providing him with extensive knowledge for our business. His in-depth knowledge of the Florida panhandle market and community make him an important asset to our Advisory Board.

  • Mort O'Sullivan

    Advisory Board Member

     

    Mort O'Sullivan has been with Warren Averett since 1981, and been on our Advisory Board since 2000. Mort is a founding member of the former Gulf Coast firm, O'Sullivan Creel, which merged with Warren Averett in January 2012. 

    Mort is a member of the Firm's Executive Committee and leads the Firm's BP Claims Disaster Recovery Team. He has over 38 years of experience in public accounting and began his career working with an international accounting firm in Atlanta.

    He currently focuses on consulting and management advisory services to clients, while continuing to offer his expertise in litigation support, business evaluations and mergers and acquisitions. 

    Mort has been married to his wife for 41 years. They have two sons, two daughter-in-laws and 6 grandchildren.
