Mediation
Mediation is a collaborative process that empowers disputing parties to create mutually satisfying solutions to disputes. Landrum will facilitate the mediation process using a State of Florida County Court Mediator working from a position of neutrality in assisting the parties in dispute without making decisions, conducting investigation, giving legal advice or favoring one party over another. Through the mediation process, Landrum will encourage individuals to:
- Identify and present their needs
- Clarify underlying issues from their perspectives
- Collaboratively explore possible solutions
- Negotiate final resolutions or agreements and preserve valuable relationships
