Melissa joined Landrum Companies in 2004, where she currently serves as Strategic Management Specialist. Internally, Melissa is responsible for facilitating inter-departmental process improvement, strategic planning and capacity management. By leading groups through the "Plan Do Study Act" cycle and Process Mapping exercises, she empowers participants to solve their own problems and continuously improve their work. Through facilitation of the Capacity Management System, Melissa helps department heads identify their current service capacity and training needs while ensuring that Current Best Standards for processes are documented. For the clients of Landrum Consulting Services, she leads Strategic Planning Retreats and Focus Groups. Melissa is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute.
